Service CallsI don't do much in Access, but I did create this nifty little database for managing service calls. It lacks a lot, but some day I plan on making it much more than it is now. Here's a screenshot:
Basically, you just enter service calls as they come in. When you send a tech out on one, just change it's status to "In Progress", and when the call is done, change the status to "Complete".
